“Jolly Jingles on the Big Screen: The Top 3 Live Action Christmas Characters That Stole Our Hearts!”

Hello everybody. Today I’m taking a look at 3 animated Christmas characters brought to life on the big screen. First up is one of Christmase’s favorite villains The Grinch. Originally created by Dr Seuss in 1957 and has filled our tv screens since 1966. In 2000 Jim Carey transformed into one of the greatest live action characters bringing the Grinch to life. I grew up watching The Grinch and this was such a great classic show to bring to life and Carey smashed it out of the park.

Santa’s elves have always been a part of Christmas and his loyal workers don’t always get the credit they deserve but, they make the whole operation happen. There have been many famous elves over the years like Hermie, Jingle, and Jangle. In 2003 Will Ferrell brought Buddy the Elf alive and made him one of the most popular Elves of all time. Ferrell one of the great comedians did a stellar job bringing Buddy to life and creating one of the most memorable Elves of our time. Last but not least the big man himself.

Santa Claus has been around since the 3rd century and gained fame in the 1800’s, and was popularized in animation in the sixties and seventies. There have been countless shows, movies, and appearances over the years but, in 1994 Tim Allen became one of the most famous live action Santa’s ever. He has done such a great job over the years with The Santa Clause that Disney even created a series in 2022 The Santa Clauses, that takes place after the third motion picture. All three main actors have done an outstanding job and will forever be etched into our Christmas culture. Hope you can enjoy all of these and many more this season. Have a great week everyone.
